Yellow Thai Chicken Curry

Fresh aromatic spices blended together with grilled chicken, fresh basil and vegetables in a coconut curry sauce. Eat on its own or serve with our Basmati rice.

Boil-in-the-bag

Half-fill a medium-sized pot with water and bring to a boil. Submerge the UNOPENED BAG, cover and boil for 25 minutes (from frozen). Carefully remove the bag, open and serve.

Stove top

Place contents of bag into a saucepan and add 1/4 cup of water. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

Microwave

Remove the product from the bag and place into a microwave safe dish. Defrost according to your microwave's instructions. Sprinkle with water and cover and cook on the high setting for 2 minutes. Stir and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
