Fire Grilled Peppers

NEW! Red, yellow, orange and green peppers from the Apple Barn Farm in Abbotsford. The peppers are roasted with olive oil salt and pepper.

Boil-in-the-bag

Half-fill a medium-sized pot with water and bring to a boil. Submerge the UNOPENED BAG, cover and boil for 15 minutes (from frozen). Carefully remove the bag, open and serve. 

Microwave

Remove the product from the bag and place into a microwave-safe dish. Defrost according to your microwave's instructions. Cover and cook on the high setting for 1-2 minutes. Stir and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes if necessary.
