Pulled Pork

Boil-in-the-bag

Half-fill a medium-sized pot with water and bring to a boil. Submerge the UNOPENED BAG, cover and boil for 25 minutes (from frozen). Carefully remove the bag, open and serve. 

Stove top

Place thawed contents of bag into a sau te pan. Simmer for 5-10 minutes on medium -low heat, stirring occasionally. Allow some caramelization for a deeper flavour.

Microwave

Remove the thawed product from the bag and place into a microwave-safe dish. Cook on the high setting for 1-2 minutes. Stir and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
