Grilled Pesto Salmon

Boil-in-the-bag

Half-fill a medium-sized pot with water and bring to a boil. Submerge the UNOPENED BAG, cover and boil for 17 minutes (from frozen) for medium doneness. Carefully remove the bag, open and serve.

Oven

Preheat oven to 375F. Thaw contents of bag and place onto a sheet pan. Cook salmon in the oven for approximately 10 minutes depending on your desired doneness.

Microwave

Thaw contents of bag and place into a microwaveable dish. Cover and cook on the high setting for 2 minutes. Check for doneness and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or as desired.
