Spring Creek Ranch Braised Short Ribs

Slow-braised boneless short ribs with smoked paprika, orange and Veal Stock. Fork tender perfection! Goes well with Roasted Garlic mashed Potatoes and Roasted Root Vegetables. Boil-in-the-bag

Half-fill a medium-sized pot with water and bring to a boil. Submerge the UNOPENED BAG, cover and boil for 25 minutes (from frozen). Carefully remove the bag, open and serve.

Stove top

Place contents of bag into a saucepan and add 1/4 cup of water. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat, turning occasionally.

Microwave

Thaw contents of bag and place into a microwaveable dish. Cover and cook on the high setting for 2 minutes. Check for doneness and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or as desired.
