• Online Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non- refundable and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law.
• We cannot replace lost or stolen Online Gift Certificates.
• If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to  for the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card.
• If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate is MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your Online Gift Certificate for future use.
• We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Online Gift Certificates; however, items paid for with an Online Gift Certificate will be charged applicable sales tax.
• There are no fees or expiration date associated with unused balances on the DCFC Gift Card.

At anytime during your purchase, you can see your running total on the left side of the screen.The delivery cost is $15 but don't forget there is FREE delivery on all orders over $150 before taxes.Simply check-out, create your account or log-in, pay for your order, and you're done!

Yes, in most cases it is. Only a couple of the seafood dishes require cooking which occurs when you place the bag in the boiling water. If you were to cook the seafood using another method, just thaw and cook to the desired doneness. Also see the specific cooking instructions for each item on our website under Food Menu.All packages will be delivered frozen.

Upon "checking out" with your online order, a delivery day for your area will be available on the left side of the page.If you have any special delivery instructions or wish for delivery on a different day please indicate so in the "special delivery instructions" section of the checkout page You should receive your order between the hours of 4-7pm. The order will arrive frozen in an insulated shipping container. Although it will stay frozen for up to 8 hours, you should place the product in the freezer as soon as possible. Enjoy your food!

Our meals can be delivered to your office or to your home - it's your choice! Bear in mind that our meals will stay frozen in the shipping container for up to 8 hours and it is your responsibility to ensure they remain frozen once you receive it.  Please be sure we have the correct delivery address when you check-out your order. 

Yes, all our bags are food grade BPA free certified CFIA approved.

We would like to think they won't be there for long! However, each item is individually vacuum-sealed so they are good for up to 12 months in the freezer. Each package has a suggested best before date on it.

No, you don't need a PayPal account. Dan Close Food Concepts accepts secure payments via Visa, MasterCard and Debit directly on our website at the time of check-out.
