NEW! Basmati is a variety of long grain rice grown in India and Pakistan, notable for its fragrance and delicate, nuanced flavour. The grains of basmati rice are longer than most other types of rice. Cooked grains of Basmati rice are characteristically free flowing rather than sticky, as with most long-grain rice.

Our mixture of chicken thighs and breast meat is marinated overnight in a spice mixture  including garam masala, ginger, garlic paste, lemon, pepper, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and chili. The chicken is then roasted and braised with additional spices and cream.

Tagines in Moroccan cuisine are slow-cooked stews braised at low temperatures, resulting in tender meat with aromatic vegetables and sauce. In this tagine, we have combined the flavours of apricots, cinnamon, saffron, a blend of warm spices and Spring Creek Beef. Spring Creek Beef is fed pure and natural barley and forage feed. No hormones, additives, antibiotics, or steroids are ever used.
